  • Michael L. Elion, Esq.
    President & General Counsel

    As General Counsel, Michael provides timely, informed, and cost-effective legal services to Mart Management in order to help it meet its business objectives.  He offers practical advice to business units with respect to understanding and complying with the laws, rules, and regulations.  Michael also oversees litigation and acts as liaison between the Mart Management family and outside counsel.

    Michael loves to close a deal, catch a mistake and solve a problem creatively. He’s also a shrewd negotiator. The team relies on Michael for his excruciating attention to detail, innovative approach to challenges and his lawyer’s perspective in searching for and preventing liabilities.

    Having graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law and a Master of Arts degree in Anthropology from The George Washington University in DC, Michael has greatly enriched our team with his sharp intellect, practical guidance and impressive work ethic.

  • Kate Hohlova
    Executive Assistant

    Kate came to Mart Management as a recent graduate, having received her Master's Degree in Hospitality Management. She also came with extensive knowledge and experience in hospitality management, restaurant and hotel management, marketing and advertising.

    At Mart Management Kate currently acts as the communication liaison, resolving operational and administrative issues, managing and coordinating events, and anticipating then managing the needs of team members. Daily, Kate is involved with both  internal and external executives, clients, and consultants. Her strong professional, communicative and interpersonal skills are the perfect complement to Mart Management's business goals.
  • Daniel Luna, Esq.
    Associate General Counsel

    Daniel’s background as a licensed attorney and Realtor enables his involvement in several stages of Mart Management’s commercial acquisitions. Daniel’s responsibilities include, gauging present commercial real estate market conditions, selecting and analyzing potential deals, negotiating acquisitions, and closing transactions.

    As a native Colombian, Daniel is also our liaison to South Florida’s Latin American corporate community.  Daniel has a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
